1. Clubs notify their club supervisor of media request(s).
   
   • For general media requests, request at least two weeks before the design is needed.
   • For t-shirts, please request three weeks or more before the design is needed.
2. Club supervisors alert the media team of request(s).
3. The media team will reach out to the club representative if needed.
4. When the design is finished, the media team will get the designs approved and send the final designs to the club.
5. Media team will use BYUH Print Services for print designs.

1. Make sure that the logo is free of copyright infringement. Who made the graphics?
2. No alterations of BYUH and other school logos.
3. The school name can only be used in a logo as “At BYU­–Hawaii”.
   
   1. No “at BYUH”, “BYUH” or “BYU–Hawaii” followed by club name.
4. The logo will be sent to Marketing and Communications for approval.
