How It Works

Food Fest is a fundraiser for the clubs at BYUH. It also serves as an opportunity to broaden international understanding and celebrate our BYUH Ohana and the local community. This year's Food Fest will take place on:

Saturday, Nov. 9, 2024 | 5 pm – 10 pm | at the Aloha Plaza

There will be a ticket station in the ballroom to purchase tickets (cash only) for this event. Patrons may use tickets to purchase items at the club's booths.

Each food booth will have three lines:
1. The pre-order line will require a photo ID.
2. The ticket line to purchase tickets on-site.
3. The line for those who purchased tickets online.

Food Handing

Student Leadership & Services will ensure event operations are in compliance with BYU–Hawaii, and the Oahu Department of Health Food Safety rules and regulations. Clubs are responsible for ensuring that all food provided complies with Department of Health Food Safety standards. Food Permits have been issued by the Oahu Department of Health Food Safety Branch for each food booth. Members of BYU–Hawaii Food Services will monitor and verify that food is maintained at appropriate temperatures during this event.
