About Club Fest

Club Fest is a two-day event held each semester that gathers all the clubs together, encouraging students to join. During Club Fest, students may visit various booths to learn more about what they offer. This is an opportunity to foster a sense of belonging on campus and enhance the student experience.

Students may join clubs by scanning a club’s QR code. Club fees vary by organization, with amounts up to $10. Students will be charged applicable club membership fees after club sign-ups end.

What's New

• Club Spotlight
  Each participating club will have five minutes on stage to introduce their club through a presentation, performance, demonstration, or other creative showcase.

• Club Fest Shirt Giveaway
  Students who participate in Club Fest will have the opportunity to win an exclusive Club Fest 2026 shirt.

• Club Fest Bingo Challenge
  Participate in the Club Fest Bingo Card Challenge by visiting club booths and completing activities for a chance to win fun prizes.

Club Fest Rules

• Students are not allowed to sign up on behalf of their friends.
• Students must join clubs through the myBYUH app only.
• All club presidencies are not allowed to manually add club members.

Important Dates

• Last day to join clubs: Sept. 13
• Last day to request removal of membership from any club list: Sept. 16
  

After Sept. 16, all remaining listed members will be charged applicable club fees. No charge reversals will be approved.
