About Club Fest

Club Fest is a two-day event held each semester that gathers all the clubs together, encouraging students to join. During Club Fest, students may visit various booths to learn more about what they offer. This is an opportunity to foster a sense of belonging on campus and enhance the student experience.

Students may join clubs by scanning a club’s QR code. Club fees vary by organization, with amounts up to $10. Students will be charged applicable club membership fees after club sign-ups end.

Club Fest Rules

• Students are not allowed to sign up on behalf of their friends.
• Students must join clubs through the MYBYUH app only.
• All club presidencies are not allowed to manually add club members.

Important Dates

• Last day to join clubs: May 10, 2026
• Last day to request removal of membership from any club list: May 15, 2026.
  

After May 15, all remaining listed members will be charged applicable club fees. No charge reversals will be approved.
